Me again, I want to waterproof deck Utah under my deck, create a drainage system between the joist and decking, I've looked into an EPDM membrane but it would cost me $700 of membrane to waterproof that size. Any suggestions on another product that might be easily accessible in Canada? Could a heavy vapour barrier do the trick? (photo attached to show what I entend to do)
