The Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) is a Pakistani state-owned telecommunications company providing landline and cellular services. PTCL Bill was founded in January 1996 as a public limited company, owned by the government of Pakistan through the Pakistan Telecommunications Corporation (PTC). In 1998, PTCL was restructured as a limited company and listed on the Karachi and Lahore stock exchanges.
