My concrete porch floor is 12 years old and has never been treated. It looks fine except for a couple of rust spots that I can’t remove. My question is whether to use a water borne stain or solvent based concrete staining washington dc. I asked a similar question a while back about my deck. I’m concerned about what future maintenance will involve.
