Epoxy floors in the garage?

Hey Guys, I'm planning on having epoxy in the garage. I've had a couple of bids and it seems like a lot. I've read up on it and it doesn't seem that complicated. My question is, for a new build with bare concrete epoxy garage flooring las vegas, do I need to have it acid-etched epoxy flooring phoenix? What brand would you suggest? I've heard the Sherwin-Williams brand is the best. Any other tips are greatly appreciated.
