To reauthorize QuickBooks Desktop for Gmail:
In QuickBooks, go to "Edit" > "Preferences" > "Send Forms."
Select "My Preferences" and choose "Web Mail."
Remove your Gmail account.
Click "Add" and select "Gmail."
Re-enter your Gmail credentials and select "Save."
Sign in to your Gmail account, open the email from Intuit, and click "Review Permissions."
Confirm access for QuickBooks.
