Change User Account for Web Connector:
Open the Services window by pressing Windows + R, typing services.msc, and pressing Enter.
Locate the "QBCFMonitorService" and "QuickBooksDBxx" services (where xx represents the version number).
Right-click on each service, go to the "Log On" tab, and change the user to "Local System Account."
Restart both services.
