Are you sure about your penfriend? It would be really bad if you went there, and then it would turn out that he lied to you or wouldn't wait for you at all

Does he know that you're planning to visit him? If so, then it's a great idea. Having a guide there will help you enjoy this country the most. I was applying for a russian visa expedited , and I managed to get a visa pretty fast, so if you're planning to visit your friend in winter, I think you need to do the same.

What are the camping options for the forst time visitor to Pensacola?
We want to kitesurf there and explore best kitesurfing beaches, we do not mind changing place over our 2 weeks visit but we would avoid hotels and motels.
